Move through the world with more ease.
I’m Nicole Podell, LCSW — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I focus on building effective therapeutic relationships where clients feel understood, challenged, and supported in meaningful ways
I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, eating disorders, PTSD, and neurodivergence, with a particular focus on interpersonal trauma. My approach is collaborative, playful, and direct — grounded in evidence-based practice and shaped by authentic communication.
My work is rooted in attachment theory — exploring how past experiences shape the patterns showing up in your life today. My focus is on building therapeutic relationships where clients feel understood, challenged, and supported. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic therapy, and EMDR to help clients build insight, process past traumas, and update old responses that no longer serve them — so they can move through the world feeling more like themselves. Together, we develop the skills and self-understanding needed to navigate life with greater ease and resilience.
I’ve worked across a wide range of settings — in-home, residential, school-based, outdoor, and telehealth — and I bring that same flexibility and curiosity to every therapeutic relationship. Currently I offer 50 minute therapy sessions at whatever frequency best suits your needs.
